
Mark Birkholz
Mark Birkholz is responsible for Customer Service and the Internet Help Desk teams in addition to sales, operations and service delivery for eight Arvig Enterprises companies and more than 28,000 service accounts. Since 1993, his experience in the communications industry has included managing of accounting, customer service, billing, sales, marketing, human resources, regulatory procedures and information technology. Birkholz joined Arvig Enterprises in 2005 along with the acquisition of Midwest Information Systems, Inc. He earned a BS degree in Accounting from Dickinson State University and an Associate’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management from the University of Minnesota, Crookston.
